This little guy and his hair... what can I say? When he was born it was completely dark and I thought for sure he would take more after my side of the family.
Month after month his hair kept getting lighter and lighter. Sometimes it would look pure blonde and sometimes you could see a shade of red in it. We kept letting his hair grow, but I wanted to get it cut. I knew it was too long when Makayla told me, "mom, put brother's hair in a pony tail"
So we took our little guy in for his first haircut. Here's the before pictures:
We took him to Cookie Cutters and the girl put the cloth over him, but he freaked out because he couldn't hold his blankie, so we reluctantly let him keep his blankie out knowing it would be covered in hair.
The girl started and Caden HATED it!!!
He cried so hard and was squirming the entire time. I think the girl's facial expression adequately explains how hard it was.
See? It's like he's begging us to help him and we just laughed.
But they did finish and boy did our little guy get 100 times cuter! I really didn't think it was possible for Caden to get any cuter, but he did!
I love his new haircut, but Caden looks so much older now, which makes me sad. I just wish I could keep him little forever. Look out girls, this one's a heart breaker!!
