Here's a gross story to start off June's end of month posts. Makayla asked me to paint her toes, but she had a little hang nail, so I pulled it out. The next morning she was complaining about her toe hurting, and when I looked at it, it looked all puffy and red around the nail bed.
I took her to the doctor and he drained the puss out. We found out she had strep bacteria in it. Gross!!!
A few days later she was playing and accidentally hit it and it broke open. This looks even worse.
Luckily it was all healed a few days later. Note to self... don't pull hang nails.
We've been to the doctor's office quite a bit this month as we had hand, foot, and mouth disease go through the kids. Yuck!
Caden got to make a car for his drive in movie day at preschool. Daddy helped him make his decked out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Truck.
We went to Tammy and Bruce's house for a birthday party. How cute are these two?
Just when you think they can't get any cuter, they do by snuggling together on the couch.

I got to help in Makayla's class on the last day of preschool for carnival days. I can't believe she is all done with preschool, but she is so excited and ready for Kindergarten!
She loved Miss Lesly and Miss Shaylee and learned so much this year.

Tyler got me a gift card for Mother's day to get my hair and nails done. I finally got around to doing it in June! I loved being pampered... thanks babe!!
