We Love to Celebrate!

 We love February around here because it means we get to celebrate! First we celebrated Valentine's day. The kids got their fun valentine's bags. 

Then the kids gave us gifts. Makayla sent Dad on a scavenger hunt for his gift. 

Tyler made us pulled pork on his new RecTec Grill. It was so yummy! Do you know why the rectec is the best gift ever? Because Tyler offers to make dinner all the time now and he actually likes to cook! I call it a win for me!

Fancy glasses are a must on Valentine's day. 

And what a better way to show our love than with Crumbl cookies and chocolate covered strawberries. 

The next day Tyler and I got to go out on a date for his birthday. We went to Tuscanos, ate great food, and talked for hours. Happy Birthday to the greatest hubby and daddy around. 38 is lookin good on you babe!

The kids spoiled Tyler on his actual birthday. Each one gave him cute gifts that they picked out all by themselves. He got new supplies for his office, his favorite treats, and some new tools for his rec tec grill. 

I only make cookies twice a year now, and one of those days is Tyler's birthday because he loves them so much. We made a special panookie to celebrate. 

Then my parents took Tyler and our family out to dinner at Red Robin. They brought him a huge ice cream cake that he was nice enough to share with all of us.
