This is Halloween 2021

After our fun vacation to California, it was hard to come back to reality. Luckily we had a few fun family Halloween traditions to look forward to.

We had a lot of apples left over, so Tyler made us a homemade apple pie.
It was crazy hair and sock day at school. Tyler found this cute idea and I was able to implement it.
Makayla's hair looks so good I could eat it.
And this handsome boy let me put his hair in little pony tails.

Two little puppies beggin at the window.
On the Friday before Halloween the kids got to dress up in their costumes for school. This year Brynnli was Anna from Frozen, Caden was Mario with his race car, and Makayla was a baby.

I had to work that Friday, but I was able to leave for a little bit to see their parade at school.

Makayla was only slightly embarrassed when I kept yelling, "Hi Makayla!" and waving like the crazy mom that I am.
As we were leaving we saw the kids as they were walking into school, so we got to see them in the parade twice!
And I got to embarrass Makayla again when I waved and said hi again.
That night we had our traditional mummy dogs and chili.

We also decorated Halloween cookies.

On Saturday we went to Tammy's for Karly and Ryan's Halloween birthday party. Terry and Craig were Covid 19
The Taylor and Chavez family dressed up as the Adams Family. Their costumes were spot on.
The Jones family:
Tyler dressed up as a French accordionist and I was his adoring partner.
Oh, don't worry... that's just our baby throwing a temper tantrum.
Love this family of mine!
Here's the whole group. It's hard to see me and Tyler, but we are part of the family picture.
We had fun at Tammy's party eating and playing bingo. Then it was off to home so we could go trick or treating around our neighborhood.
Halloween was on a Sunday, so we went over to Terry and Craig's to carve pumpkins.

Caden and Brynnli wanted to go trick or treating again that night so they went out again and got a lot more candy. These kids are going to have cavities if they eat all of this candy.

Happy Halloween!
