Our last day at Disneyland was spent just going on whatever rides we wanted to. Caden's favorite ride was the Buzz Lightyear ride "where we destroy Zurg!" so we went on that at least 5 times that day. Makayla's favorite ride was Indiana Jones and we went on that one a few times, plus the Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, and of course "Fast Train."
When we weren't riding rides we took the iconic picture in front of the Mickey Flowers.
We watched the parade again and got ice cream.
She literally poses... all the time.
And then Brynnli tries to copy her.. But how cute are these two with their matching Minnie shirts?
And how cute are these three together with their matching Mickey and Minnie ears? Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky.
The parade was so magical. This pictures just do do justice to the excitement and awe they have while watching the parade.
You can't go to Disneyland and not get a picture in front of the castle, so here you go...
We spent some more time in Toon Town.
My poor parents were such good sports, but on the fourth night they were pooped out and went back to the hotel early with Brynnli. So Tyler, Makayla, Caden and I made the most of our last night. We watched the fireworks.
At midnight we finally said goodbye to the park and made our way back to the hotel
But not before purchasing this...
I told Tyler the only thing I HAD to do at Disneyland was get a Minnie caramel apple.
No joke it was the best $12 I have ever spent in my life.
I even shared with Tyler and Caden. By the way... what is Caden doing awake at 1:30 am?
Our last day we went to Downtown Disney and my parents let the kids pick out a souvenir. Caden of course picked something from Toy Story. He actually wanted Zurg, but we convinced him to go with Buzz Lightyear and maybe ask for Zurg for Christmas.
Makayla picked out a Frozen Jewelry box with a necklace and Brynn got Jake the Pirate figurines.
And then stopped at the Lego store. Check out these awesome statues made entirely from Legos!
My Dad really liked this one! He cracks me up!
After a stressful wait for our ride to get to the airport, we finally made it on the plane and headed back to reality.
I love, love, love Disneyland and can't wait to go back again in a few years. I loved that my parents could come with us this time and see the magic. I love that our kids got to spend so much time with their grandparents and make so many great memories along the way. My parents were so much help and so much fun to be around. It is so crazy how much you look forward to the trip and then it is over before you know it, but I really think we made a lot of great memories this trip!
