The "California Adventure" Continues!

Day Two of Disneyland 2016 was spent in California Adventures. But before we get to that, how cute is this little cutie in her towel?

 We met Doc McStuffins
And then waited an hour and a half to meet...
Elsa and Anna!

Then it was off to meet Olaf...

And we spent some time in Cars Land and saw Lightening McQueen and Tow Mater.

We went on a few rides in Cars Land... our favorite of course was the Cars ride (not pictured)
We rode the carousel a few times

Tyler and I messed up because we thought the parade started at the one end of the park, but it was actually the other end. Once we realized the parade had started, we RAN (Tyler ran faster than us, so we ended up getting separated), but luckily Tyler, Makayla, and Caden got to a spot just in time to see the whole parade. The rest of us caught the last half, but it was still magical.

We had to take this picture because my mom just couldn't get over how life like this painting was.
We spent the rest of the night running to ride after ride in Bugs Life.

At the end of the day, these two were so exhausted!
Some other highlights from California Adventures that didn't get pictures include:

The Frozen Show. It was a Broadway-like show of the movie, and was probably one of my top three highlights from the trip. It was SO good!

Taking Caden on The Tower of Terror. Tyler tried to explain what would happen on the ride, and everyone around us couldn't believe we were taking him on it. We talked to a lady that was in line in front of us (funny story, she and Tyler went to the same school... small world!), but she told us to make sure we held him down, and I'm sure glad we listened to her because poor Caden was almost flying out of his seat on the up and down parts. When the ride was over Caden said, "Is it over?" and we told him yes, to which he started crying and SCREAMING, "That wasn't a fun ride!" I felt so bad for him, but I was trying so hard not to laugh!
