StayCation

We went on a little "stay-cation" to Park City with Tyler's family. We stayed at the Silver King Hotel. It was the perfect place for kids because they had so many fun activities that were geared just toward kids. It was a short trip; we left on Sunday and came back on Tuesday, but we packed in a lot of activities.

The hotel had a room that was designed just for kids. We spent a lot of time here playing with the blocks, playing Wii, coloring, and playing with the trains.

We did an activity where you can pan for different gems. The kids loved it.

Brynnli preferred to climb on things.

This is the hotel we stayed in. If you look closely you can see Terry in the top left window.
We went on the Alpine Slide.

Caden was scared to go on it, but by the end he had so much fun.

We hung out with our cousins and Grandma and Grandpa.

We got ice cream. Obviously Brynnli and Daddy's favorite part.

And we played in the swimming pool A LOT! Seriously whenever we asked the kids what they wanted to do, they said swimming. They even wanted to swim when it was raining and freezing outside.

Oh, I just love her cute little bum

We were all so exhausted by the end of the night.

The hotel we stayed in had different activities planned throughout the day. We made crafts, played Bingo, they had movies, chili tasting, and we even got to roast marshmallows.  It was such a fun get away. I definitely want to go back next year.
I wanted to take a picture of the pretty fall colors while I was there, but I forgot and sadly the only picture I took of them was this one on our drive home.

Fall is here!

We Don't Labor... We Just Relax

Labor Day means one thing for us: The Land!

Grandpa Craig is still recovering from his double knee replacement surgery, but he still braved the pain and came up with us. Brynnli and Grandpa got some good snuggles in.

Just because she's cute in her ugly hat...
 The boys played baseball...

We went on four wheeler rides. Brynnli was loving her first ride.

When you've gotta go, you gotta go.
 Grandpa and Gayle with Brynn
Of course we had a campfire every night and sang along to every song we knew.

By Monday we were packed up and ready to go home. We got trapped along the way by a herd of sheep. Seriously there were like hundreds of them!

Happy Labor Day!
