September Memories

September was great! It's hard to believe the month is over. We are in full back to school mode with nights filled with dance, cheer, piano and baseball. Some days I feel like I spend the entire day in my car running kids places, but I am really loving this season of life. Here's some memories that didn't make it into our other posts.

Oh, Caden. I LOVE watching him play baseball. He is really improving each game. He usually gets a hit every time he is up to bat. And his team is learning to work together to get players out. My favorite part has to be when Caden gets up to bat... he has to clean off the plate.

How can you tell I had a great summer? Look at my flip flop tan lines! This really was a summer for the books.
Tyler had the opportunity to give Mason a baby blessing. And since nobody except Tyler will really get this, #honoryourpriesthood.
Do you know Brynnli's favorite day? Tuesdays because she has tumbling and dance. She wakes up early and immediately puts on her dance clothes before she has her breakfast. So cute!

Bed time books! We complain about reading to the kids every night, but we know how much they love it and we love the one on one time we get with them.
I got to go with Makayla on a field trip to Camp Tracy. I love being with this girl!

Just finding creative ways to practice spelling with Caden. Writing in salt is one of his favorites.
I think this says, "I can be kind by sharing my pencils with others", but pencils looks like another inappropriate word.
Our favorite game of the season was the last game where Cam and Caden got to play against (or verse each other, even though I told them versing is not a word). It was the cutest thing.

How cute are these two baseball players?

And how cute are these cheering sisters. We love supporting our buddy at his games.
This is Caden's team. They are the cutest bunch of boys around.
Caden is so lucky to have the greatest supporting family. They were pretty much at every one of Caden's games. Not pictured is Terry and Craig because they couldn't make it to his last game, but they were there all the time.

Field Trip time with Caden this time. He also got to go to Camp Tracy.

We are so proud of Makayla because she got the Leadership award for being kind to others. Way to go Makayla!

Just playing Unicorns... we have the best daddy around!

Our Baby turns 5

How in the world is our Baby of the family turning 5? It really just seems like yesterday when she was born and we were so surprised to find out she was a girl! Now here she is 5 years old and the funniest, most dramatic, shyest, most spoiled, temper-tantrum throwing, sassiest, and most loving little girl around.

For a few months Brynnli has been saying she wants to have a Peppa Pig Party. Here's the deal.. I've never seen Peppa Pig, and I had no idea Brynnli had either because we don't have t.v. with that show. Well come to find out she found she has been watching Peppa Pig on Youtube... kids these days. So considering I had no idea of what to do for the party, I think her Peppa Pig party turned out great! Here's a few of the decorations:

Brynnli wanted to play freeze dance and all of the kids participated. We have such great cousins who will play along!
After dinner Brynnli got to open presents. She got a lot of clothes and toys.

Isn't this the cutest?
Brynnli's actual birthday was on Monday. When she woke up she ran to her presents. We let her open her birthday outfit.
She picked cinnamon rolls for breakfast.
Then it was off to preschool! She got to bring birthday snacks for all her preschool friends.

Her friends gathered around her to sing Happy Birthday
Then posed for a picture.

When Daddy got home from work, Brynnli got to open her presents. She got the laundry set she had been wanting!

We went to dinner at Red Robin to end our birthday festivities.

Oh Brynnli, where do I start? You are such a cute girl and such a perfect caboose to our family. You have brought our family together in a way that I can't explain, but that means so much to all of us. I love everything about you. I love how loving you are. You always come up to me and want a hug or a kiss. Even at random times during the day you will come up to me and go, "kiss?" and insist on kissing me on the lips. I love that you crawl into our bed every night and snuggle right up to me. You always ask to go to the gas station, or to lunch, or to Grandma's house, and you usually get your way because you ask in just the right way that makes me laugh and give in. We love how sassy and dramatic you can be at times and how you always manage to make us laugh. You have such a fun, carefree outlook on life. Everyday is a party. You are doing so well at preschool and you can even write your name all by yourself! You are doing so well in tumbling and we love watching you dance. We love that you are in our family and that you bring so much joy to our life. We love you! Happy Birthday Baby Girl!
